Refund Policy

FDD Decoder Reports

Due to the digital nature of decoder reports, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

However, we will provide a full refund if:

  • The decoder failed to process your document and no report was generated
  • The report contains significant errors that materially affect its usefulness
  • You were charged but did not receive your report

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference or the email used for purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
